Cancellation policy

Cancelations must be made in writing via email: info@skischule-katzenkopf.com with the subject 'Cancellation'.

If private lessons are cancelled a week before the start date, do not worry, we will refund your payment 100%. If cancellation happens less than 7 days before the start of the course or a lesson - we will give a credit to you or anyone you want to gift it to for another time (dependant on our availability).

The minimum number of participants for any ski courses (ski pre-school, kids ski and snowboard courses, snowboard courses, mogul clinic) is 4 people. If there are less people as stated above, we offer private lessons instead or cancel the courses and refund the money. We also leave the right to combine groups (if it works to combine skiers abilities) when the number of participants is lower as written above.

When the ski or snowboard course is booked and being attend, cancellation with a refund is valid only with a doctor's note.

The change of the teaching personel is possible to ensure a flexible organisation.

We endeavour to avoid injuries during the courses or lessons. In the unfortunate event that injury occurs, the price of the course or a lesson is not refunded. These costs can be claimed by a guest through your own personal travel/health or accident insurance which is always advisable when practising extreme sports.

The cancellation of courses and lessons due to harsh weather conditions are not compensated. Lessons and courses take place during whatever the weather as long as the ski lifts are open.

The costs equipment for the lessons or courses or using the lift system on Katzenkopf are not included in ski school offers unless it is stated so in the price offer.
