Guided snow shoe walking with fire torches

We offer all guests staying in Leutasch an extraordinary opportunity to join our guided night snowshoe walking with fire torches. It is an exciting winter adventure to watch the stars and experience the evening tranquility. The hike lasts about one hour to the Katzenkopf hut, where guests can enjoy a drink and a snack. Depending on preference, you can either ride down through the illuminated forest with a sled or walk down with the snowshoes.

Guided snowshoe hikeswalking are organized on

Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays starting at 18:00.

Registration is required.

Cancellations made one day before the hike are free of charge.

A minimum of 4 people per group is required for the hike to take place.

The price includes: the guide, snowshoes, walking poles or a fire torch.

Child-friendly, the smallest snowshoe size is 37.

Recommended equipment: Snow suit, warm gloves, waterproof warm boots, headlamp for the evening hikewalk if no fire torch is desired.

Meeting point: Ski school office at the bottom station of Katzenkopf.
